LettucePray---I love your user name!!! Please do not be disappointed--you probably are having a hormone fluctuation going on. I know that I had 2.5 two weeks in a row and I did have a couple of ounces of peanuts but I do not beleive that is what caused the slow down--I think it was hormones and my body just trying to adjust--I bet you are back on track within two weeks. Besides could you really have lost 1.4 pounds every week consistently on your 1200 cal diet? (If it were me all those foods that I could have on a regular 1200 cal diet would just make me want more of those foods that slow the weight loss)Originally Posted by LettucePray
no i've never heard over 200 pounds should be losing 8pounds a week! I wish that were true, but sadly no. I lost that wonderful 10.8 week 1 and now week 2 i lost 1.4. I'm sad and cant wrap my head around it but its true. no cheating...sometimes i think i eat too little so i guess thats my problem. i'm thinking for 1.4 pounds i could go back to my 1200 cal diet instead of this under 500 cals! *sigh* dont mind me...im just disappointed today.
