im looking for some support/encouragement as i try to bust thru these 170s into the 160s! I think my lowest i can remember in such a long time is 170 so im excited! What plans are you all using to help you out. Im following the eating clean principles.
Argghh I've been 170.something for four or five days now (except for yesterday, first day of TOM, when I was a little heavier). Today I'm 170.0!! AHHHH! Seems like I'll never hit 169, lol.
I finally got down to 172.6 yesterday, but then had an off plan meal last night, so this morning it was 173.4.. grrrr.. my fault though. Just have to do good today!
I had a bad weekend last weekend, to the point where I almost felt like giving up on this weight loss thing altogether. Ugh, but thankfully it seems that for me right now a bad weekend doesn't mean the same thing that it used to. Yeah, I ate more than I should have, but I didn't actually go crazy. So I had a week of not losing anything, but at least I didn't gain anything! And now I'm back on track, I was 173.8 this morning, so another pound down. I can't wait to get out of the 170's!
Weighed in at 175 this morning! I'm so ready to be out of the 170's I really just want to see a 16 on the scale. **Sigh** hopefully in the next few weeks.

I'll jump in here too!!! I have been in the 170's for over a month, I fluctuate between 171 and 174 and I just want a one sixty SOMETHING!!! LOL! I have a six month old and it has been since the first trimester since I've seen that six!
