Hi ladies, Still not feeling great. I think I may have a sinus infection. I am a little dizzy and my face hurts a little. Plus I blow my nose like its a gallon tank.
The chicken tenders were good, I made them with Total cereal rather than corn flakes thinking that would be better for me. I dipped them in egg beaters rather than a real egg. You mix hone or agave and mustard in witht the egg and dip the chicken and then roll i n the orn flakes. Bake at 450 until done. If I make them again, I will try the corn flakes. Made some chicken salad with lots of celery and onions and lowfat mayo with the leftover chicken.
I did work out for 30 minutes in the basement. We have a big exercise machine and a bench and weights and big balls. So I got a decent workout in. Then I hit the couch.
We got a dusting of snow today, but the roads are a sheet of ice. It took me 45 minutes to get to work and one girl has been on the road for 2 hours and turned around and went home. Crazy. I think the traveled roads have melted and froze again.
Tech, You are doing sorta of what I do. I try to stay around 1300 calories and incorporate the sugar buster principles. Salads can add up in calories too. are you using a calories coutner on line? I use Spark People, it is great. I think I would have to forbid Shelley from making cookies. I hope they are all gone. I eat the Fiber One bars. They have 120 calories but have antioxidents, etc.
Toni, good job not eating. I knew you could do it. Have a nice visit with your sister.

Crystle, I love eatloaf. I need to make one. I was trying so hard to avoid the scale until tomorrow, but I caved this morning and I was up 1 pound Hope it disappears and takes a friend with it by tomorrow.
Ellen, my GS is 6 months old. He is at such a cute age. Only you can make your food restrictions work. If it were me, I would be eating carrots and starving all the time. I know your cake will be adorable and delish.
