That seems very reasonable. I won't push what I was concerned about as I don't want to cause a prob., but what if you had told them that you wanted to be 100 or less....would they have told you that could/would be unhealthy. What if I went in and said I wanted to be the 130 that I was in high school; would they guide me away from that goal? Would my body stop in the 150/160 range and stay in a plateau for a long while to give me time to change my mind? This is what I would hope it would do.

I have not lost since the 3lbs on preconditioning. I went to WI yesterday and found that I am up .5 lbs!
I think I might be retaining some water from exercise and maybe I have had too much sodium sneaking in my diet with eating taco seasoning (got the spicy kind and did not realize it was sooo high in sodium). Or could I already be on a plateau? My at home keeps going between 196 and 199. UGGH! Any advise?
I plan to stay OP but want to start seeing some lbs come off. I hope I am not in starvation mode from the small amount of calories on the yellow and blue menu....
Oh hon....don't get frustrated. I hate to tell you this but if you are not eating ALL (and I mean ALL) of the food your body will not lose (may even gain). It is because you are not getting very many calories and if you don't eat it all it will send your body into starvation mode....it will hold on to everything you have because it is afraid it won't get enough later! Watch this.....I would stay on the blue menu and eat everything on it.....make sure you are getting everything that you are supposed to and see the scale move.

I do the 10 for $90 all the time. It is on going! Sometimes you can get it online for $7.99 or less depending on how much you buy and if it is on special.

Jeanette, I have been none to freeze the mixed berry and eat it like that...and it is the kind I keep in my purse. Even if there is no water, I can have that HNS because I will just suck it down. LOL
