Welcome to the site, there is a lot of helpful information here!
I know that I was complaining about being hungry, in a different post, and I got some great replies. (I think that the biggest list came from KathyH)
Chewing gum and drinking more water seemed to be on everyone's list. I know that I noticed that when I was "hungry" I was really tired.
How many protein drinks are you having during the day? I drink the max. Also the All Day Weight Loss that the sell at the center ($75.00 per month

) has helped me as well. I will be out of the All Day at the end of next week, and I am still trying to find another source for it!
