Well I got the whoosh.... and looking at the big picture, its -2 lbs for the week,

Gooooooooooooooooal! But since it's just the 16th, I'm going to move the goalposts a little. New goal: 157.2. Just one more pound, don't want to push too hard.

What a happy morning i had to see 139.9, my stated goal for the month on the scale. I most definitely am not "calling it" yet as, unlike last weekend, I know I will be "off plan" this Easter weekend. I will still strive for moderation and plan to exercise every day, but there are already several events planned that center either around eating or drinking. Regardless, after trying to get back in the shape i am in now for a few years, it is definitely a happy month for me.

Back up to 137.2 again today! Today is a DownDay so I am sure that number will be back down again tomorrow. JUDDD is like that.
I think I am going to have to start my weight training earlier than I had planned, since I apparently have no metabolism left from all this dieting.
It will have to be Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, & Saturday at the gym. I am going to have to make up a lifting schedule.
