April Weight Loss Challenge
Whether your hemisphere is moving into spring (Northern) or fall (Southern), April is a terrific month for making changes toward a healthy lifestyle. The monthly weight loss challenge is a great place to track your progress in April and, then, follow through with each monthly thread for the rest of the year.
State your goal for April and join a supportive and encouraging group to help you meet it. We will compile our goals into a list. As each goal is met during the month, it gets turned RED in celebration. Join us at our sister thread, the April Exercise Challenge, to track your fitness goals. |

Total newbie here, joining the gym today... hoping to lose 10lb in April.

This month I am dropping my expectations significantly lol. I'm going to take a slower approach so I'm going for 4.75 lbs this month.
