Yesterday 2/28 Day off, spent the day with my dad going to all the junk stores around here.

Doctors appointment this morning so I won't be able to work out until later today.

will have breakfast and go for a power walk in a few minutes. busy day here today.

carolr, hope you enjoyed your unexpected company. I spent most of the day waiting for a mattress and box springs to be delivered. the mattress and box springs are for the bed in mom and dad's old bedroom. will be shutting down and going to bed soon.

My neuropathy kept me up much of the night to I took a nap but don't feel like exercising yet.
