Hi all, I haven't posted here much but I'm staying up to date with the spreadsheet. I'm down 2.2 this week even though it's only 6 days since my last WI and I overate while on a ski trip this weekend, though nothing off plan (extra chicken, some scrambled eggs, etc). I'm hoping to be down 30 by Valentine's Day so I'm crossing my fingers that I'll have a bit of a whoosh next week to get me there. This challenge has been a great motivator on days when I just don't want to measure my oil or refill the water bottle!
Week 3 weigh in for me. I had a much more moderate loss compared to the previous 2 weeks. I feel like I was not as precise with my vegetable portions and didn't measure my oil because I had gotten a bit lazy. Back to basics... I hate that I sabotaged myself so early in the process. I can be my own worse enemy. I know this works and I WANT to do it.
