    Goal weight 193, 13 lbs off, no more going over 2200 max even on insane days

    I took a few days out but did keep tabs.

    My goal of 193 I saw as practically impossible by xmas. So I have relaxed it til the end of the year and will start anew. Recharging my batteries for now ya might say

    However I did not go over the 2200 calorie limit I set for myself.

    Congrats to all who made goal and best hopes for all who are still working towards it

Some of the drop is due to water weight.....I didn't drink a lot yesterday and I swell a bit when I am in the car for a bit. Also, I ate very little yesterday so that accounts for some. It still feels nice to see that number on the scale though!

    Well, I don't think I will be showing a loss this month by tomorrow, but my average weight this month is definitely lower than last month so I call that a win! But I will post tomorrow morning with my final weight of the year.
