Auntie- Congrats on the 5 pounds loss, thats amazing!!!

Arabella- We had a TON of trick or treaters last night. We took the kids around the block then set up to give out candy. We had at least 100 kids if not more!

Carri- Thanks for the info I'm excited to get started on these in 2 weeks! Congrats on staying OP,one night isnt going to hurt anything!

Liz- Hope you are doing well and the kids had fun last night!

I did have a few pieces of candy but not nearly as bad as I was last year. Alot of the kids liked my batgirl outfit lol

We didn't have a ton of kids either. I told DH to just get rid of the extra candy! Here's a pic of my two:

Chocolate never made it to the freezer. I've been "getting rid of it" all day... Groan... At least the rest will go with DH tomorrow- he's working the polls for election day- bleccch! I will be climbing back on the wagon any minute now!

Auntie g, if it's any consolation, Halloween chocolate got me too. Middle of the afternoon, my most dangerous time. Nine mini-chocolate bars. Then I remembered DH's potato chip stash and ate half a big bag to balance things out. Salt with the sweet. Stupid food addiction!

I skipped dinner -- not hungry, can you imagine? I didn't feel that bad but then had a sick tummy when I was trying to sleep. Shall try not to do that again. Tummy's still a little wonky today so I'm guessing it was remnants of the flu but I'm sure the binge didn't help.

Mel, I want to see that Batgirl costume too! Bet you were adorable.

And speaking of adorable, Liz -- those kids! How cute are they.

Hope everybody is having a good November so far. Things are good here, the scale has started moving again and I haven't really adjusted my calories yet too much, so that makes me happy! It's a nice day here, chilly but what can you expect? Hope everybody has a great day!

Morning All ...mark me down for a bad night too...I got into the last of the Halloween candy, Reese cups did me in, and then ( like Arabella ) I needed some salt with it so I made a big bowl of popcorn with melted butter ...so bad night but today is a new day and the candy is gone so .......haha

Liz - ADORABLE !!!! Your daughters costume is TOO cute, they both are just so cute...glad the scale is moving for you again...what did you drop the calories down to?

Auntie G - You can climb back on...candy is gone now...

Auntie,Arabella and Carri-Count me in with the Halloween candy as well I havent been eating a ton but its driving me nuts seeing it in the kitchen!!

I made a huge batch of chili tonight and had a bowl. I hope its not to bad on calories since it will be dinner for the next 2 nights! I really need to hop back on the treadmill tomorrow!

Morning Girls, kind of down this morning...snuck a peak at the scale and it shows me a pound up, I am still on my TOM so hopefully that is it because mostly I have been pretty good, but will wait and see what Friday has to say...today is dh's bday and we are going out for sushi with friends to celebrate, I know I can be good there so I should be fine...just hope there is no cake involved.

Mel - You are quite the hottie in that costume....you look SO good....I can really see the weightloss....keep up the great work.

Another complaint ( yes this is my complaint and poor pity me day haha ) is that I have had a really stiff neck for the last three days...so bad that I have been having to take ibuprofen, someone suggested Tiger Balm or something but have never tried that...maybe I need to, just doesnt seem to relax for some reason....

I have decided to strive for a pound a week instead of 2, that way if I do get more its a great accomplishment!

Morning Girls...well I hopped on the scale again this morning ( even though I said I wasnt going to until my weigh in on Saturday morning ) and was back down the pound and then some...so I feel better about things this morning and glad I didnt let my disappointment yesterday turn into a binge eating day...Dh had a good birthday and we had a great sushi meal with our friends...love eating sushi because I know it is good for me and I always get a fresh seaweed salad that also has alot of good vitamins in it...Dh just ended up getting himself a candybar for his bday cake so I didnt have to be tempted...so that was good.
I just want to get back under 210 so badly ...I know it is less than 10 pds away but seems far away...but back under 210 I will feel like I am getting back closer to my goal of Onederland ...and if I could finally get off my TOM I think I might reach that goal, haha ...BUT of course there is always something that comes up and Saturday is our 17th wedding anniversary ( yes I have been married since I was a baby )...so we will be going out to dinner probably , I wont diet that night...but just that night...so I should be fine with just having that one cheat meal...
