Hi, everyone, happy Monday.
Blueflower: welcome back from camping, glad you didn't get eaten by a bear. I agree that you probably got a lot of good exercise to offset whatever you ate that wasn't on plan. Focus on the POSITIVE: No Binging!
DancerinDenver: those pepitas sound delicious, my hubby loves spicy food, especially cayenne pepper, so I think I'll make some, thanks! About the migraines, unfortunately I know a lot of my triggers but some I can't always avoid. This last one was brought on by overexertion in the hot sun - something I can't do anymore - but when I am subbing with a certain class and they have P.E. I need to be out with them b/c they're handicapped and need someone to "coach" them to participate.

I want to say it's worth it, but I just don't know anymore.
Annie: glad to hear you are settling in to your house, and that your family is doing well. I remember the times when my daughter wanted to talk, sometimes in the dead of night, and I would give anything to have that back.
Maddie: good news not giving in to cravings, you rock! But how do you just
smell chocolate??!!?? I discovered my husband keeps a sizeable stash of chocolate in his office/workshop - by chance, as I was leaving my own office, where I actually never go except to use the scanner - and could think of nothing else until I had had some.
So, now, I am 0 days binge-free and 0 days sugar-free. I feel like a drug addict always telling people that I'm off the drugs and then having a relapse a day or two later. Pretty soon, no one will listen or care.
Having said that, I want to encourage and send good thoughts and Will Power Dust to
Kittehmomma, and support for
Blueflower and
Motivated Chickie for no binging, and lots of non-couch action for
Dancer and
Deb.
