Happy Wednesday - Christmas Eve Eve!
My headache is mostly gone...I just hope it stays away. I'm counting down the hours to the long holiday weekend! I can't wait!!

And today is the last day of my eye goop - Yay!! I had to meet with a website client last night. She was having a computer crisis that I couldn't troubleshoot over the phone. It only took about an hour or so, but it meant I couldn't do as much Wii Fit as I wanted. Today's workout will be doing some snow shoveling. We got about 2" last night, and tonight and tomorrow are supposed to be a "wintry mix"...which means freezing rain, ice, sleet, etc. So we want to get the snow up before it freezes. It's supposed to rain tomorrow night, and then snow 1"-3" on Christmas Day...which should make for a very Christmasey Christmas!
Mel - So very nice that your boss gave you clothes, a gift card and cards for Jen and Richie. And you got so many other lovely presents and tips! It's good that you are being shown how much you are loved and appreciated. You're a very special lady and deserve every bit of it! I hope Richie is able to get the child support drama worked out...and you're right...no sense letting it spoil your holiday. Enjoy your visit with Frank...and DON'T LET HIM TALK YOU INTO DOING TOO MUCH!!
Laura - I talked with my doctor and he said that Vitamin D in high doses has been found to be very beneficial in boosting the immunity of those of us who live in colder climates...where we don't get out and see much sun during the winter months. I take about 2000 IU of Vitamin D daily. Good for you for getting lots of rest and taking your zinc. Good for you for taking the last of the cookies to work. I've fallen out of the eating groove too.
Ceejay - Speaking for myself, you are definitely right...I have been eating too much. Zinc helps your body fight off viruses. Vitamin C and Vitamin D boost the immunity. How is the show Diet Tribe? I've seen commercials for it, but haven't watched it yet.
Annie - I hope you have a lovely, relaxing, blissful, pampering massage! Enjoy your time with DS and DD.
Shad - It should be pretty close to Christmas Eve there. Did you have Dinner with your friend last night as planned? Are there a lot of Christmasey decorations there in the malls, city streets, people's yards?
Signing off for now...I'll check in later.
Love to all,
