The added weight this morning must of been from too much sodium yesterday. I weighed tonight and Im exactly what I was yesterday morning. So hopefully in the morning Ill see another drop. WOO HOO!!

Congrats to everyone on their weight loss!

I am just feeling worried. I really hope that I can lose the weight and keep it off. Any suggestions as in what to do during the day to keep it off? I guess during the day you gain weight because I went to go weigh myself and all 4 lbs were back. So, right now I am really frustrated as well as angry.

Hello black team!!!!! I had a rough week last week staying with my parents while the DH was out of town.... the scales showed it... up 2 pounds this week! NEXT week, I will be down those 2 pounds and more!!!! Hope everyone has a great day tomorrow!!!


PS, why do the red and blue teams have a results thread and the black team isn't included????

Good point... Guess that is a minor detail we missed. I usually weigh in on Sunday mornings and post right away, hate to weigh in after I have had all day to eat and sit on my butt at work.

Hi Black Team! I had a pretty good day today. Stayed on-plan, and got 60 minutes of exercise in. Hope everyone is doing wonderful!

Did anyone watch the biggest loser tonight? I loved how some of there weigh ins were very normal numbers.

Scales were down today, but I ate too much so I may have put it back on.

Well, I'm back down to last Fridays weight again
Eating has been a struggle for me.. I just feel hungry. I'm eating and eating and eating a little more. I just want FOOD. I did so good last week, I don't know why I'm having such a problem this week. I bought different healthy snacks to work, so I can munch on them all day, but it's not helping either. I feel a binge coming on... and I'm not going to give in. Ohh.. the struggles. I don't even feel like I have the energy to exercise cause all I think about is food and sleep.

Maybe some good sleep will help, I hope. I don't know how much longer I can go.. I'm craving all my favorite places to eat and I don't feel like I have enough control over myself yet to go there and not over-do-it...

Geez.. I can do this. I'm fine.

Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels.. and nothing will make me feel as good as having a good weight loss at the end of the week to help my team out! I will do this!

ValentineBride - when I feel the need to eat, even though I'm not hungry - I shove a piece of gum in my mouth and that normally satisfies the urge to chew.... odd as it sounds!

Watched TBL last night, love that show!!! The Black team was back with a vengence last night, huh? I love Bob, I love Jillian, I love Phil......... someone please get rid of Kim!!!!!!

I'm doing so great points wise this week. The scales are down and by Monday's weigh-in I will have lost what I gained and then some!!!

The scales are not moving any further, but this new suit I bought last month is hanging off me, and is going in the giveaway pile. I'm glad it was on sale . I just realized that I'm supposed to start TOM this Saturday and I'm not bloated or *itchy. The wonders of exercise. Normally I'd be a basket case, but except for feeling a little hungier than normal, I'm experiencing nothing at all. I think the hungry is coming from the fact that I'm not eating much in the evenings. Last night I had 2 glasses of milk for dinner. It's not like I'm starving myself, I eat all day at work, but once I get home, I'm just not hungry. I guess I should eat something more filling than skim milk tonight.

Hi all. Well, I have no idea if I was back on the wagon last night or not. I had eaten 600 calories going into dinner last night. I drank water and ate only the veggie burger, one bit of cornbread, 4 corn tortilla chips and a teaspoon of jalapeno/queso dip at Bandera in Chicago. (Same place as Houston's in other cities.)

I probably went over 1200 calories for the day but I have no idea by how much!! Anyone know?

Well, from now on I'll be sure to completely avoid going out to eat more than once a week. It's too hard!! Even the "healthy" dishes are FULL of calories.

Today, though, I will be extra mindful of what I eat and I'm doing Pilates tonight. Yay!
