I joined last week, and was pretty sure that Core was for me. But this week has been a week of confusion and head scratching.

I have, however, eaten healthy and done pretty well on my exercising. I even tried jogging (at midnight on a deserted track). But I don't feel like I've lost any weight this week. I've read my Getting Started booklet several times, I've read posts here and at the Boot Camp Buddy Site, but I just don't get it. I think POINTS will work better in my life. But I'm glad I joined. I need to try a different meeting time though, I sort of stuck out and was VERY uncomfortable.

I'm going to waste gas and drive to town twice in one day just so I can go to the earlier meeting. I'm hoping the different set of people (including my sister) will make me feel like this was a good idea and I DO belong.
