Conggrats on the weight loss. Seems that SW is working for a few of us at the moment.

Hello All...I did SW last year and lost two stone...Fell off the deep end once I stopped going to meetings...In the last few weeks I have been following the plan, but I am struggling without the meetings...I am rejoining next week!!

I don't think I could do it without going weekly. I tried WW online last year and I could do the plan but I had no motivation.

Come on Linus. I will pull you back up. I have a had a pretty naughty day too but if you will give me a leg up I will pull you up too and then we will both be back on the wagon - lol. Tommorrow is another day or in my case tomorrow is a red day - lol.

I always preferred green days...but lately I have been doing more red days...Hmmm maybe I have an iron deficiancy...LOL I have been lov'in the steak...

I drunk all my weeks syns over the weekend I'll just carry on having 10 - 15 still till weigh in day can't let a synful weekend interfere with my year long plan (may change to 2 year plan )
