    1/06: 149.2 lbs - expected after last night's pub grub & AF
    1/07: 150.0 lbs - expected, AF
    1/08: 150.4 lbs - expected, AF
    1/09: 149.8 lbs - water has started to go, AF (she should leave tomorrow!)

    1/11: 150.4 lbs - back on the wagon today
    1/12: 149.0 lbs - there we go
    1/13: 148.4 lbs - (-2.6) halfway there
    1/14: 149.0 lbs - ??? I guess I should've skipped the carb-rich snack last night.
    1/15: 147.2 lbs - (-3.8) Woot! Woot!
    1/16: 147.2 lbs - 2 days in a row
    1/17: 148.8 lbs - expected after last night's pub grub
    1/18: I weighed, but can't remember what is was, It was higher than yesterday though

  • Sick yesterday...ugh. Main source of calories for the day was broth for my sore throat...feeling better today and getting ready to work out. Weigh in day is Saturday and hoping for some good news. Today I will eat better, I don't want my lack of calories yesterday to end up making my body hang on to those pounds for energy.

    I made my goal for the month.
    It was some kind of huge water loss because I have been helping out on my father-in-law's horse farm. I will try to maintain this loss through the end of the month. I start a new job Feb 1st.
