    It's a loss of .5lbs, which is better than a gain! I can't wait to get into the 140s!

  • You can use yesterdays weigh in! I'm more of a pesimist and I don't want next week to be a disappointment because of this. I will believe it really happened when my weight stays there for a few days.

    I like to change my ticker after a flukey low weigh in too. It motivates me to make sure my weight stays there.

    Also, you're definately on pace to meet your goal of 146 by 7/15. I'm sure you'll get there

    Was at 142.8 on Tuesday but went out for a friends b-day that night. Went up 2 wed. and down 1 today, so I'm sure I'll be at 142.8 again tomorrow. Grrr...

    Happy 4th of July!! I hope everyone does well and enjoys the holiday in moderation. I think I'm going to pretend to drink so people don't bug me about not partaking (I ALWAYS partake).
  • Paloma i do that alllllllll the time-just take a water shot and say its straight tequila-people won't mess with you after that! My weight stuck from yesterday ladies-actually it says i'm 204.0 now! But i will stick with my weight from yesterday on the charts-because I always weigh in on Wednesdays now! I am leaving for the lake tomorrow-but I will be sure to post my weight on Wednesday-HOPING AND PRAYING FOR 199-but i'll be okay if i'm not that yet. My greatest summer memories are from the lake-i was thin and beautiful and I had my first "summer romance" there. I am scared to even go down to the dock in case he sees me and is like wow. she has gained 50 pounds....even though he has no idea that i've already lost 50 and some change...ugh why did i ever let myself get to this point!!!!!!
