  • CONGRATS Honeybee123!!!!

I am now officially on day 65 of my challange without a single slip up. I can't believe i have stayed on track for this long. I would have never thought i could stand so many events and yummy foods in the face and say no thanks! I am down 36 pounds from the start of this challange!!!
  • Dog Rescue Mama, Congrats on the impressive loss so far.
Seeing your post made me think back to when I signed onto this thread and wanted to know how where I was at myself.
I'm surprised to see that I've lost 14 lbs since April 21st. It's not huge but that means I've been averaging 1.75lbs per week for a while now and that makes me happy. More then half way through and keeping up the momentum
  • Thats great weight loss, my numbers are larger becausethe first 2 weeks i lost big but it has slowed a lot because i lost my water weight big loss.

  • I lost one more pound last week. I sure hope I lose more by the end of this challenge.
I hope all of you have been able to stick to your plan last week and have lost weight also!

  • Congrats JOLINA!!!!! A pound a week is still really good numbers! Wayyyyy better then gaining a pound!
  • I am sticking to my diet and have lost another pound this past week.
I have been eating a fruit salad every day for the past week: Sliced bananas and strawberries, mixed. I just found out the combination helps you sleep better. And it is very low in calories.

I hope everyone is on plan and losing also!

  • omg Im on day 63! I only have 12 lbs left!!! I had a rough week because of TOM but I stayed on track and I've even added extra workouts to my daily walking. good luck ladies.

  • Hello folks. Congrats on the awesome successes: Honeybee, Dog Rescue Mama, Jolina, & K3LL3Y.

I was out-ot-state at a conference (in my old home town, no less). I worked out like crazy to balance out some of the high calorie foods. I weigh in on Sunday mornings and wan't back for the weigh in. I'll get this week on my 1250/day food plans then weigh in on this coming Sunday. While home, I've been trying to be 1250/day (instead of my plan 1500) because I actually do better with 100% food plan with this lower calorie. At 1500/day, I seem to not manage it well. For now, I'm targeting the lower number.

I loved working out on the eliptical but with my shoulder injury I couldn't move my arms. It was fun watching the numbers rack up for "burned calories". Wish we had room in our little condo for one--maybe worth it even if it does take up massive space.

    Keep truckin' to goals!
  • Day 25 and I am down 7.8 lbs
  • Lost 1.8 pounds and still strong. I made it through an out-of-state work conference by drastically upping my workouts at the hotel gym to compensate the food. Back now to my lower calorie burns with at-home exercise and also lowered food consumption. I'm trying lots more biking as an exercise and looking in to swimming pools for lap swim.
  • My diet is coming along very slowly. I lost one more pound last week.
I am faithfully counting my calories and not going over my budget.
I'll be doing yard work today to burn a lot of calories.

Hope everyone can lose weight this coming week!

  • Day 32 and I am now down 10lbs! I can jog for 4+ miles now. Wow, alot can change in 32 days, can not wait to see where I am at on day 100! 6 days after my 100th day I am going to jog a 1/2 marathon.

Jolina - You are losing! That in itself is worth celebrating.
  • well Im on day 70! I only have 8 lbs left to lose!!! omg I'm soooooo close I can taste it! I have 30 days left! I hope I can do it! good luck ladies!!!!

  • July 1--day 1 of 100 days!
    Hi all!

I am so proud of you all to stick to the plan and lose so many pounds. I think this 100% thing is such a good idea. I have my regrets I didnt stay on plan from when this started but it is also motivating--I have been wasting my time being fat when I could be on the road to thin! I know I want to feel like you all do after sticking on plan for several months or more!

So July 1 is my restart first day--I plan to get with it and stick to it! This will put me at October 8 for my goal of 100 100 percent days.

Keep going everyone, I plan to ride on your momentum.

    Sno
