And I do IF, usually from dinner to lunch next day. I find I'm not hungry for breakfast and if I eat it, it sets me up with the munchies all day long. So it was a relief to be given permission to skip it.
I also ordered the Primal cookbook, and got one called Low Carb 1-2-3 at the second-hand bookstore the other day. All the recipes have only three ingredients - how cool is that? I'll post anything good that I make out of it.
