Sunni!!!

wow only 5lbs away, brilliant!
yah movie was good. it was shot like a documentary, which was annoying at first, but then half way through the movie, you really start to believe that such a reality exists, where aliens are refugees on the planet! and you start to empathesie with them. i wasnt sure whether i liked it, but definately made me think and left an impression, so much so, that i went to imbd, so thats always a sign that a movie has touched me in some way. but yah not your typical blockbuster movie! very different.

Emily - Woohoo!!! Congrats on the 10 lb loss!!
I was up 0.5 lb this morning. How depressing. I'm so used to seeing the same weight or a drop that it throws me off when I see a blip up. It wasn't too long ago that I would see fluctuations everyday. It's not at the point where I'm depressed about it or go off plan. I'm glad I've learned to be zen about it and just stick to plan. It's most likely the soy sauce from the chicken and fried rice even though I used low sodium and less sauce. Whatever.
Exercise: Er didn't do nuttin'.

What's the deal? Where is everybody? I know Angela's at her parents but Echo? Yoovie? Emily? Hydra? *crickets*
Okie dokie, I'll check back in later.
lol at bell peppers and your mom! way to go on the basil plant!!!
and lol at crickets, comments like these, just crack me up!!
thats awesome that you're more zen like with regards to weight fluctutations. you're so right, for junkies like us that have to weigh everyday, we have to expect it to go up and down! so good on ya girl!!
i just bought 3kg (~6.6lb) dumbelles! i'm so excited

i've been working with 3lb dumbells, but on some of the p90x workouts, they seem too light now. they are nice bright pretty red colour hehe.
