Smylie, if you are exercising regularly then it's GOT to be muscle mass.
I know I should have waited till Wednesday (my proper weigh in) but I hopped on the scales this morning & I've lost 1.3 kgs. Woohoo!!
ahh feel the burn... my whole body is buzzing.... ... so slightly faster then last time to .. as i did 9 in 30... woohoo me.. 0.5 kph faster
There is a 15min prep session proir to getting on the plane where they basically explain that you have cross your arms over your chest when you jump and that you have to raise your legs into a kind of sitting position for landing. Otherwise it is just a case of enjoying the ride!
