Wow, you were typing early this morning. I wish I could try core. The reason I don't is I have a huge problem with portion control. I don't know that I am real sure what comfortably full or satisfied is. I guess I do now after being with WW for a year. Perhaps I will give that a shot at some point. We will see. I need to have one full week on flex the right way and see what results I am still able to get. My husband inspired me last night. We were having one of our exhausted chats at 10:30 last night.
