  • Thank you Seemyfeet, Jacqui and gardnerjoy anytime I need a little encouragement I think of him.

    Today I am struggling with being sick again...all this crazy weather, hot then cold then hot then cold, it is not a nice start to 2016 but not going to let that get me down. Lots of chicken broth and water, hopefully it won't last very long but not going to let it take me off track.

    Raining I know just how you feel...hopefully we will be over it and feeling awesome soon!

    Hang in there Volatis It looks like it was just a fluke and you are back on track today.

    Sorry PrairieQueen but keep positive I am sure you will see the numbers going down on the scale soon!

    I love this thread...everyone is so supportive and encouraging it is really helpful when making a life change like this.
