    The challenge is to stay under 2000 calories. The rationale is to get as many non-2000 cal days as possible in 21 days so the challenge will continue & be considered a success even if the threshold is breached, no passes or restarts needed. This technique DOES help me more good calorie level days. Failing and restarting, for me, would be an exercise in futility so I don't intend to do it, but my hope and intent is to see a nice line-up here of sub-2000 happy eating days to help me get to where I am going, either towards goal or towards stabilization, I don't much care which.

    Day 7: 1100 Success! Super healthy day. Had porridge for breakfast, veggie pilaf for lunch, chicken & vegetable soup for dinner and bananas and apples for snacks. Also resisted the temptations of buying junk off the market. Stocked up the fridge with more veggies. I feel proud of myself.
