Gardenerjoy, I see you are still getting your exercise in from the exercise challenge thread. Hope you are doing well!
Looking back over the month I am pretty happy with my attitude, efforts, and lifestyle changes. I will not be making my 9lb goal but I have so many NSV. I have navigated difficult social situations where normally I would drink and binge eat. I have pushed myself out the door to exercise at least 4 times/week. I drink 72oz of water a day and before this challenge barely drank ANY liquids at all. I have clothing that is getting looser everyday and I can now run 30 minutes without stopping. I also made my 5% weight loss goal. That's a lot for 1 month! Thank you, thank you, thank you for inspiring and motivating me. You guys are wonderful!
Tomorrow I will post my July challenge end weight and then I will be ready to bust my rear end again in August.
