Almost exactly! I added garlic to the seafood, and mandarin oranges and honey and raisins to the wheat berry salad.
My son-in-law put crunched frosted flakes on the squash (delicious) and made his wheat berries savory with onions, tomatoes, and garlic salt.
My daughter had the most trouble - the kiwi curdled her mascarpone cheese so she had to start over. She put the wheat berries, kiwi, and apples in the pastry & covered with a sweet mascarpone sauce. She sprinkled the carmelized hot dogs (NOT delicious) over the pastry. Without the hot dogs, was pretty good.
My favorite part of Chopped is trying to figure out what I would do with the ingredients. I think it is interesting that you guessed so close to what the 3 of us did.
