well, i think i eat quite a lot. for example today i had: 1. bowl of muesli, 2. wholegrain bread slice with ricotta cheese, 3. ribs (2 bones) with potatoes, 4. fruit yoghurt. I think that will be all (right now i had meal no. 3) for today.
i'm seriously thinking about getting myself some protein bars or protein shakes, to replace 1 meal with it. maybe that would help?

i do think that my workout routine is playing some role there. because i'm starting with my 10k preparations in february, i've added up strenght training (for 2 months now), so a part of this weight could be muscle gaining. i can actually see muscles building up on my arms, back and stomatch, so it is possible ... and i do like that look! but i REALLY REALLY REALLY want to be 145 pounds, too
