Pvt VickieLou reporting for duty. I haven't had a very good week. Saturday I went to a wedding. I did weights and a little cardio but food was a disaster.
Sunday started coming down with a cold. No Exercise and no calorie counting.
My Trainer who I usually meet with 2x a week had a family emergency. So didn't meet with my trainer at all this week.
Then we had a major snowstorm started yesterday with icy roads today. I did 30 minutes cardio on my elliptical at home. But need to work on the food.
I hope next week is a better week. I will weigh in tomorrow and see how I'm doing weight wise. What happened to Spring?
