Hey everyone! I am just joining. I have now seen 16something on the scale enough days to know its not a random dehydration or something crazy. I was 168.8 thursday and 169.4 friday. Weekend was not so good. This morning saw 169.8. Barely in the 160's but I am jumping in full force and not gonna see 17 to start my weight again!!! Anyways this is my first time to feel I am legitamately in the 160's in over two years. I am excited and raring to go.
I'm glad to read everyone's post and see new comers to the 160's and oldies shedding it down to the 150's. I'm back on the 4-day diet...almost through day 1 :-) I'm doing the 4-day diet then 2 day fast from P90X. I hope to drop into the upper 140s by next week. I'm hoping to see substantial weight lose with strict dieting then level out to lose the rest at a steady-healthy pace.
Why, oh why does my body just want to stay in the 60s?!?!? Really want to be in the 50s by the end of the month! Come on, 60s.... I'm no good for you... release me!
The 4-day Diet is by Dr. Ian Smith who did the Fat Smash diet and Extreme Fat Smash. My gf is on the Extreme now and doing great. The 4-day is an 8-9 module plan where each module/phase is 4 days long. The first 2 are the Induction (which is like a detox) and Transition (which moves you from the detox into the other phases). Those are done first in order then the following modules you do depending on your goals or nutritional needs.
I have gotten through the first two phases and saw weight lose but didn't have the mind set or planning to continue with it.
I'm on day 3 of phase 1. I feel pretty good, just a little hungry. The diet does call for exercise which I've been avoiding. Hopefully Monday I will get back into the habit of doing it.
Hi all... hit a milestone today - lowest weight in 8 years! WOO HOO!!! Really hoping to say goodbye to this group by Monday or Tuesday. The 60s have been so HARD! Thank goodness for hcg!
Hey, everyone! Wondered if I could join in here; I've been stuck at between 165 and 170 for the last year and a half...school, kids, life-plenty of excuses why I couldn't exercise. So I'm back and ready to go Today I was at 164...hoping to see 160 by the end of the month (and since there's almost the whole month left, I'm hoping that's reasonable LOL)
Ladies - I am happy to report that I am only moments from leaving this group (in the good way). The lower 60s have been a bear but I am finally seeing some movement again and creeping closer and closer to that coveted 5-middle-number! Wish me luck!
At 164.4 now...I want to see 15x by the first week of April. I am the lowest weight I've been for 5 years and less than 10 pounds from my pre-pregnancy weight. It feels great
