Because I fly to my parents' house tomorrow for eight days, and I won't be 100% in control of my food while I'm there. I will be in charge of the choices I make, though, and of sticking to my workout routine. Even with Christmas looming I know I can come home lighter than when I left, if I set my mind to it.
because I know I wont be OP on Christmas. So I better be good now to try holding the number on the scale at least a bit...
Gosh, this time of the year is so difficult for us!!!
I'm so gutted at the fact that my scales suggest I've put on 3lbs in two days!! So that's enough of overeating , and a return to my plan I need to lose some of these extra pounds by NYE!
I will stay on my plan today because every journey begins with a step - in this case - with a day of food sanity. If I can get through today - I am hoping/planning to be able to get through tomorrow.
