Everybody else
! Wow, you all are doing so well! I don't have much time, so I can't do individual responses right now, but just know I'm reading and thinking of you all today!
My report: I made myself sick yesterday. Too much time in front of the computer monitor, because I left it on even when I wasn't using it. Just killed my eyes and made me nausiated last night. I ended up going to bed early, because I was dizzy and felt like puking. I did the latter before falling asleep, but it didn't help. No workout last night, then I woke at midnight and had a crazy craving for a PBJ. I woke this morning, hoping it was a bad dream, but there was the evidence in the sink...ugh. Back to normal this morning, though, and feeling fine, plus the scale held steady, so the worst of my indiscretion is a minor headache this morning. I really can't eat bread, and I know I can't eat bread, but in the middle of the night, it's like my old self is in control, and the POP Cheryl is napping somewhere, lol.
Today's agenda has me fixing fence at my sister's, then I have to work on the van wipers. Realized there might be a relay or fusible link somewhere, so I'm going to check that before I install the $72 wiper motor I bought. Maybe I'll get lucky and not have to take the dash apart to install the thing. Wishful thinking, probably, but worth a try. I'll check in later!

(I LOVE LOVE LOVE Spinning!!)
), and I really don't have the time (nor the energy!) to spend all Sunday evening cooking more than one lunch dish and more than one dinner dish.
), and then that's it for the kitchen for the week!

Only a little more than a month until we meet our Valentine's goals!
), so in the end it all evened out. I know I should have spread my calories out more throughout the day, but hey, I'm not even gonna sweat it! I enjoyed not planning my sunday- it was much more relaxed than a counting day- but until I get an intuitive sense of how to eat in my calorie range (which I don't have as yet), I should stick to counting every day.
and it was delicious! I have a light day tomorrow, so I'll make the revolution rolls & the cheese crackers in the afternoon. I decided to skip on the quiche muffins- right now I'm tired of them
. Instead I'll make omelets a few mornings (there really is nothing like fresh cooked eggs!) and see how it goes.

I am really sick of this white stuff
