Or...maybe offer the design to the team in a downloadable format, and they can take it where they want and get it printed? This way there isnt any money involved on this site? Or...donate the profit to 3fcs?

Depending on the graphic, everyone might be able to copy it to that t-shirt transfer stuff you can get at michaels or ac moore, and transfer it onto their own shirts!

Hey team! I lost most of the weekend to a migraine, and now I'm back to work on the project from hades (part 2 of 7), but I'm finally posting! We talk a lot about being OP? What is YOUR plan? Using the SBD principles combined with calorie counting in fitday and common sense. (No "product" for me, thanks)

How can we help you acheive your goals? If I'm not posting on a regular basis, I'm probably off plan. Send Chellez after me with the whips.

Is there any specific request you have? Looking for a partner to hold you accountable for calories, exercise, etc? Do you need some inspiration each morning? Daily inspiration would be wonderful.

I'm 36 (and holding), married, with one wonderful stepson (11) and owned by a bossy chihuahua. I work full time for an architectual frim that specializes in military installations, and occasionally resorts. I've lived in Pensacola, FL for 8 years, I'm originally from West Virginia. My hobbies include casual gaming (RPGs mostly, I'm a FF addict), casual gardening , crafts, and reading. (Someone mentioned fanfiction, I've got to admit losing months of my life to that addiction.)

Omg that would be so awesome!! When you get it done, you have to post it!! I wanna get a sailor Jerry tattoo!! But that would look kinda weird on me, lol. So I'm bugging dh to get one instead (he is a sailor after all).

Pardon My Rant

I was trying to fix my sleep schedule last night (it's a long, reoccurring story) so I took an Ambian at midnight and lay there in the dark till till 3 am. I was woozy from the pill and listening to my relaxation CD but SILL couldn't sleep so I took another at about 3:30 am. Took another half hour to kick in but I was finally out. Then some guy with the wrong address bangs on my door at 8:30 this morning and I've been half asleep/awake ever since. Going back to bed would defeat the purpose but I haven't been able to get anything done and I'm a little afraid I'll hurt myself if I exercise.

I'm thinking about incorporating the C25k plan into my exercise plan, but I'm worried about my knees, one's been dislocated 3x! It don't like cycling I just discovered. Anyone else doing it with knee problems? How is it?

My sisters a photographer and has been nagging me to let her do some pin-up shots of me in some of the corsets I've made. I like the idea but never seam to have the time.

When I hit my 50lb. goal I'll be getting my first tattoo. I have it all planed out already. The pain doesn't worry me, I have a high thresh-hold and I already have several peircings.

Ugh..I used to hate nights like that. I used to take over the counter sleeping pills..and it would take like 8 of them to knock me out..and then some random idiot would come banging on my door or whatever. I get cranky when I wake up unexpectedly, lol.
