  • 70 min yoga...

  • 8171 + 60 = 8231

    Another hour of gymming it!!

  • Yesterday I did 60 minutes at the gym - 25 elliptical and 35 with my trainer. That brings my total to 220.

    The group total is 8,311 + 60 = 8,371
  • My first day of Lenten bike ride for 10 minutes.

    Personal Goal – 10 + 435 = 445/600

    Group Total – 10 + 8371 = 8381
  • I just remembered that I set my goal at 1200 this month, so I'm not going to change all the ones I got wrong this month, but from now on I will remember to put 1200 not 1500

  • 20 minutes on Bowflex last night. 30 minutes on elliptical this morning.
