Hey Ladies,
wow, a weekend with out checking in and I have a whole book to read so I can catch up .

I was feeling so gross and bloated so before my WI, I decided to do my jog and try and sweat some of the bloat out, I have no idea if that works but it feels good. And I lost!!! yeah

1.8. I had stayed on my program but, I just felt like I had gained so when I got to my WI, I told the woman, don't even tell me, I know I gained and she was like oh no, you lost! I was so excited. The last time I did well on a diet, the lowest I got was 204 so I'm at a new low. Now I just have to keep the momentum going. I can do it.
Curley, I hope you find your kitty. My cat hardly ever goes out so when he does, I always think he'll get lost. I dont' think anyone would take him because he is such a wild man but I always fear he'll get lost and not find his way back.
Petra, dinner sounded yummy, I coulg go for some meatloaf right about now, maybe I'll make one tonight.
Zoey, I haad posted that cake recipie a while back, you use the recipie on the can and add the 1 1/2 cups of oatmeal. YOu can substitute, splenda for sugar and eggbeaters for eggs to make it fit your plan. Its very yummy. I found it in the core recipies in the WW forum here.
Iwmonn, 10 pounds is great, don't think its just 10 pounds, think ITS 10 POUNDS!!
