So far, what health benefits have you obtained from your new lifestyle changes? What improvements have you seen in your daily life?
My blood pressure is down, which consideing my DH is a Paramedic and was having a stroke over how high it was when he had to take it at the center for me because the automatic one wouldn't work on me, is a good thing

.
I had to take the stairs this morning because the elevator is broken in our building this morning. I usually avoid the stairs in the morning because I am carrying stuff, but I made it up and wasn't even a little winded (I guess 77 lbs less to drag up the stairs is a good thing

)
I can carry my DS for more than a few seconds. This was something I hated to not be able to do since soon he won't want to be carried and held.
I also feel better about myself. I still realize I have A LOT to go, but I feel better in the clothes I wear. I enjoy dressing for work since I can wear Professional Dress Clothes, and not worry so much about "Do they stretch". I am enjoying shopping for clothes again (which is probably a bad thing for my wallet

)
I would have to say, I am starting to like me again, and that is the best feeling. To have found that person I really liked, was simply hidden under layer of fat.
Someone at work said to me that this is my year. the QOTD yesterday was about comfort zones. It took me a while, but I think I finally realized that I was in a rut with my work, because it was a comfort zone (i.e. I could do it in my sleep). An opportunity came to my attention and I thought it might be above my skill level, but I put myself out there and it turns out that I was exactly what they were looking for for this high visibility job.
So Rhonda, regarding my answer to yesterdays, question I want to update it to say that losing weight has helped me step out of my comfort zone, and thank you

for asking the question and making me think about it.
