  • Hello, rosie, andreaphilip3 and all. I'm Luckymom1. I have kept up with your chatter and want to wish you all well. Your goals and challenges seem great it is just that I can't seem to be that ambitious. You know my foot and all. I want to weigh 200 by January. I don't know if I can do it. It has been a long time since I saw that. Wish me luck.
  • Hey Ladies! Sorry I have been MIA for the past week, work has been shipping me off places. The good news is that with all the meals I still lost 2 lbs so I was happy about that. It sounds as if everyone is going through a lot right now and those are the hardest times to diet but just remember that you are doing this to make you happy! I will check back later.   • I am with you on the plateau andreaphilip3- I have only lost 1/2 a pound since starting this challenge and working harder and eating better than I ever have...we will make it though....just keep pushing forward

    I'm still pluggin' away here. I weighed in yesterday and am down two more pounds. I'm very happy with how this is going so far. Having a bit more trouble getting my water in since it's cooler here now. I even made it through the fair last night and stayed op...whew!

  • I'm here Rose. Been busy that's all. I worked 12 hour shifts the past two days and today I was trying to get myself back OP. I am staying within my points and getting some water in. I will drink more throughout the day. I have already walked for an hour today and I am going to get on the elliptical now in a little while. I'm BACK!!!!!

    Glad to see that everyone is doing somewhat good. If not hang in there, it'll all work itself out.

  • WI was today - I lost 1/4 pd - but drumroll - I made September goal!!! and we still have 10 more days!!!! Gives me some time for the other short term goals. I know I'll level off. It always happens. Let's hope next week is a Kick butt week.

    I'm fighting a nasty cold here. Boy, did it affect my bike this morning. It was so hard and I felt so slow...but, I got it done!

  • Okay - this week I incorporate some exercise into the program. I'm going to try to goal for 3 brisk walks this week and go up from there - I work 2 desk jobs so getting back into walks are going to be a huge plus for me! Now if it would just stop raining . . .
  • YoOu go girl. I have a desk (cubical) as well and used to walk until got prob. with legs. Once I get over though I am going in rain or shine to increase the amount of walking.

  • Hey Guys! I did something awful last night.....I gave in to pizza!!!! I am SOOOOOOO angry but I know that I am just going to have to work it off. I didn't weigh myself this morning, and I don't plan to until Monday so maybe I don't have to see the effect it had on me.
    Lynn- fantastic job on the weight loss...hope you get over that cold
    Andreaphillip- plateauing is tough... focus on your water and sodium intake, that is what usually helps me
    Rose Garden- Good Luck on your exercise. I am going to set a goal with you of getting into the gym 4 times this week. We can do it!
    LuckyMom- I forgot to say i hope you find a lot of support here!
    Nibs- Way to work girl! Its always the hardest to stay on plan when we are the busiest bc its a lot more convenient to eat bad food but work through it and stay positive!
