Goal: Eventually get back to 104.2! And then on to 101.5, the lowest healthy weight for my height (5'2").

So my weight went up (less than a pound from last Sunday). I added a couple of temporary free foods this week - dates and quinoa/ferro - because I'm not going to waste them, and I'll never eat them if they're not free, lol.
As mentioned before, I gave up fasting on Saturdays. I'm less willing these days to be more hungry than I have to. If I get above 110, I think I'll take emergency measures, but we'll see. Speaking of which, I'm still not exercising. My life is so full of cool stuff to do that I'm not making time for it. Maybe this week?
I'm not going to sweat this gain, just see what happens as time goes on. I think once the free foods are gone, the upswing will be, too.
