My hip was so sore after Friday and Saturday's exercise that I vowed to rest it this week... but now it feels better and I want to go to barre.... what to do!?!?!
And WOW, KristiP, even accounting for the new scale, you've had a super-successful month!

This was my goal weight for the month... but I think it will bounce up again before it settles at 145.X or below.
