My Lovelies!
Well today is day 3 of being back in the saddle. This getting back into ketosis is no joke! Going off plan is Just not worth it on so many levels. Tomorrow and Friday will be the worst then the weekend I should be well on my way to feeling amazing again.
Tomorrow I go back to work after being off for the past 2 1/2 weeks. Even though I work 12 hour shifts, sticking to my WOE is as easy to stick to at work as it is at home for me.

Jemma~Good morning my sweets! Congrats on your week 4 WI!! Tight rings are indicative of fluid retention. So yes, it has to be water. How much water are you drinking each day? When I lose weight, I seem to lose from my head down. I see it in my face first. My legs and arms seem to be the last place to release fat. After I was on this plan for 2 weeks my hot flashes went completely away. When I had my slip on vacation, after 2 days, they were back with a vengence! That alone is enough to make me never want to go off plan! You ARE strong girl, I know you are going to do this!

To change your profile... up at the top, in the purple bar where all the links are, click on "user cp" and that will take you to your control panel....from there on the left, chose "edit profile" and then scroll down till you get to "additional information" that is where you can change those numbers. Afterward make sure to go to the bottom of that page and click "save changes"
