Well, I had a rough week last week. No loss! But no gain, so I guess that makes it alright.
*TMI section* I was severly constipated at my Friday WI. I had cramps so bad that I even went home from work early! I felt a little cramped on Thursday, so I took some Miralax Thursday night and then Friday morning and Saturday rolled around and I was still in a lot of pain. I thought things were going to get moving on Sunday and not really. And today, the pain is better but not much going on. Getting a little worried. I've gone out walking and getting up to stretch, hoping that might jiggle things down. Does anyone else have any tricks? I've been taking my Guggle & Internal Cleanser.
Anyway - I've never been told to only drink 2/3 of the shake packet. My center says to always drink an HNS with the shake. I haven't really done MetaQuick but I do use the bars & shakes as a meal replacement when I'm in a rush or when I haven't been grocery shopping.
I made the Turkey Lasagna, out of the cookbook and it was phenomenal! I highly recommend it. Be sure to add A LOT of seasoning. This is my 2nd time making it, and this time I cheated. I used a can of Tomato Puree vs. making my own Puree. When I made it the 1st time using fresh tomatoes, it turned out really runny, still good but I had to strain the meat to get rid of a lot of tomato juice.

learning2Bhealthy - did you get your HNS's? After Thursday's Quick & Easy Lunch class, a lady bought a box of the Cream of Chicken HNS. I couldn't remember which ones you were waiting for. And did you WI Friday? They had Buffalo chicken bites & parmesan cheese crisps! LOVED the parmesan crisps! Will probably make some tonight for lunch tomorrow.

I hope everyone has a great week! I go for WI tomorrow and it'll be 179 days on program so I'm going to get my measurements done, too. I will let everyone know how it goes.
