Well I lost 4 pounds this week! I'm in shock. So that makes 14 that I lost this challenge. Woo Hoo! I plan to set another 10lb goal for the next challenge. I found if I make sure I eat by 5 pm and then eat nothing later and make sure I get my water and protein those are the days I have more energy, and lose. Gennel I hope your sister is doing good. I'm hoping to have a more normal month. And my husband has decided that he's out of shape too, so he's going to come up with some kind of plan for us.
