Does anyone have advice for someone who is not a very good runner, but who wants to run because she feels the need to run, but it's 25 degrees outside and more like 14 degrees after the windchill? And that's in farenheit I mean, it is a tid bit nipply out there. What can I do? I just want to RUN for some reason, but I have such a hard time breathing out there in the bitter cold.

(Can't afford the gym, too, bummer eh?)
