  • Good job, everybody!!!

I was not feeling well yesterday so didn't do diddly squat. So my personal total for June is still 940/1200. Having this new bike is really helping me make my goal!!! I am hoping to ride tonight; just wanted to report in anyway with my big "zero" for yesterday, for accountability.

    Group total still 8481
  • personal total 665/1200

    group total ~8481 + 30 = 8511
  • 40 mins of walking yesterday.

    8511 + 40 = 8551
  • Personal Total: 850/1200

    Group Total: 8551 + 120 = 8671
  • Morning walk + other activites: 50min.

    Group total ~ 8671 + 50 = 8,721
  • 30 minutes walking today

    Personal total 970/1200

    Group total 8721 + 30 = 8751
  • I got really busy with apartment stuff and missed several days, but I am going to count 20 minutes of hauling boxes down to the basement yesterday (3 flights of stairs). Tonight I did 60 minutes in the gym - 30 elliptical, 30 trainer brining my total to 265.

    The group total is now 8,751 + 80 = 8,831
  • 30 min on the elliptical

    Group total ~ 8831 + 30 = 8861 min
  • YBB - 30 minutes, treadmill 60 minutes

    Group total ~ 8861 + 90 = 8951

    personal 725/1200
  • Personal Total: 910/1200

    Group Total: 8951 + 60 = 9011
  • Hrmmm...only took me 16min to walk a half mile...

    Group total ~ 9011 + 16 = 9,027
  • 60 min weight training. I feel like I'm getting my groove back. Although, I will admit I did NOT want to go to the gym today!

    Group total ~ 9027 + 60 = 9087 min
  • 2 days at the gym

    Personal 420 + 180 = 600/1000

    Group total 9087+180= 9267
  • Im new here. I know its mid june But I would like to try for 1000. If you can start late
  • SunShineGirl -- You are welcome to start any time! But you don't need to set a goal anymore. Have you been regularly exercising already? If not, 1000 min to the end of the month is quite a lot, it seems. If you want to set a goal (and I love them), I recommend starting with something that challenges, but doesn't overwhelm. When I first started, it was 15 min 3-4 times a week! I built from there and change my goal depending on how busy my month looks.

And if you just want to jump in without a goal, that's fine too!
