Grrrreat...2 new challenges!
I'll join one when this one is over.
I am staying on my plan to lose 1 pound per week, and so far it is working out. I lost another pound last week. This week I notice the weight loss on the inside of my elbows and knees.

I traded some of my mullein tea for 10 pounds of blackberries, so I'll be making berry juice tomorrow.
A friend of mine has COPD from smoking, and the mullein is supposed to cure that. We'll see how well the mullein tea works now.

It took all day to pick, clean and make the mullein tea. A lot of standing and stooping, but I need all the exercize I can get. I am sooo tired today.

Making juice is a lot of work, but also comes with health benefits and extra exercize I can do indoors..... out of the heat. It was an oven here for the past 2 weeks.
I hope everyone has a good week and loses more weight soon!

29.6 in 10 weeks. I don't think the next 10 weeks will be quite that high but I'm excited to get started on them and see what I can do!

I hit goal this morning! Phew, just in time for the last weigh in! That was a close one!

I hope everyone achieved their goals during this challenge.
I lost 11 pounds! And I am now wearing a smaller size.

Hope to see all of you in the upcoming challenges.
