good luck Emme, hope that staying away from the scale makes it easier to get to goal!! I have also thought about staying away from the scale at certain big milestone places. I know that a scale can't "know" that one particular weight is more significant than another but it does seem like for a lot of people, the stress of hitting big milestones makes it harder.
I'm not sure I'll have the will power to resist (maybe lock my scale in the car or something! lol!) but I definitely see benefit to the concept of skipping WI until the milestone should be safely passed)

Hopefully I will hit it then, but I lose a lot slower now that I am not as heavy as I used to be, so anything goes! I just have to make sure I am diligent with my eating and exercise.
185 today!!!! Sooooo happy! Finally am back to my usual water intake.
