  • This is the third time I typed this. I have no idea why my post won't go on.

    Nakaia...kick. you can do it, girl.

    softball mom..your success at this point is amazing. I think your body may need some time to adjust to the new numbers. Sometimes when our weight is that low, it takes a long time to go lower. I think you are perfect.

    mandolinn...I think your cardio is inspiring, not obsessive. You rock.

    yesterday I got the brainiac idea that I should do a detox. I thought i was going to die from the pain. Cramps!! And I am 3 pouunds heavier today. What the?? Anyway, I ran and biked for exercise. Too pooped to post yesterday.

    plan for today:
    legs, abs, triceps
    biking at night.
  • yesterday: nothing
    today: 40 min walk/jog outside
  • today:
    4 mile run at noon
    7 mile bike ride 30 minutes at 4:30 pm
  • Yesterday: 6k run in 41:25 mins
    Today: back workout and cardio of some kind on the treadmill, probably HIIT...
  • 2.5 mile run
    .5 mile cool down walk
  • Closing this tread, on to October ... How time flies
