I depend on WATP, particularly when I need a jumpstart to get me to the gym. It really does make a difference to just get my body in motion each morning... well that and a good cup of coffee.

Alas, I haven't been diligently (intentionally) walking to make it... I've just been wearing my pedometer all day and counting the miles on that. Add in parades for my fife & drum corps, the parts where I get off and walk my bike up hills, etc., and it seems to be adding up slowly.
