    Hi Fost,

I depend on WATP, particularly when I need a jumpstart to get me to the gym. It really does make a difference to just get my body in motion each morning... well that and a good cup of coffee.

    Jean
  • I did the 2 mile WATP-Abs workout tonight!

    Almost to my next goal.......

    Michele
  • 3 miles this morning! how is everyone doing??
  • Only 1 mile this evening--we're getting some serious weather!

I'll hit my goal tomorrow on my day off!

    Michele
  • That is awesome Michele!!!!! WAY TO GO!!!!!!

3 miles for me this morning... its hard getting up before work and going but once i get moving i feel so much better!
  • I did the 5 Mile Advanced Walk this morning with all the boosters! I also made it to 200 miles since the beginning of the year! YAY!!!!!!!

    Michele
  • Woo hoo! Congrats on 200 miles. I've made it to my half-way point (for the 100 miles) at least. Alas, I haven't been diligently (intentionally) walking to make it... I've just been wearing my pedometer all day and counting the miles on that. Add in parades for my fife & drum corps, the parts where I get off and walk my bike up hills, etc., and it seems to be adding up slowly.
