  • I did the 5 Mile Advanced Walk with all the boosters today! I even wore the belt for the first 4 miles! I'm on my way to my April goal!

  • Yesterday I did 31 minutes on the elliptical. I'm not sure if/how to convert it to miles, so I won't. This morning, I got up and did a 1 mile WATP with the ab belt.

    This thread is a wake-up call for me! I've been slowing down with my workouts and walking for the last two weeks (already KNOW where that landed me in the past - on the couch for years!)

    Last month's miles only totalled 33. Already April 4 and I've only moved a slow 2 miles. But hey, that was yesterday and darnit, at least I got moving!

    Okay, my optimism has been kick-started - so, here we go!!!!!

  • Ok yesterday I did 3 miles haven't did any miles today but, surely will get started later bringing to 68 miles
  • I did the 2 mile WATP for Abs tonight. I'm closing in on 100 miles since we started this (March 1)--about 21 miles to go.

  • Did the 1 mile WATP with 3 pound weights last night. I need to get going again. I've done something everyday, but only 1 or 2 miles. I need to get back to some longer workouts to break through my plateau!

  • I did a quick 10 minutes (.58 mile) on the treadmill before I had to take my daughter to a softball camp. Then I came back and did the 3 mile WATP with 2 pound weights. I'm feeling energized, so I'll probably do more later, too!!

    i did my hospice 5k this morning.... i timed in at 40:25 not too shabby for a 45 yo overweight chick with asthma!!! WOOT!
  • This afternoon I added the 1 mile Abs workout, the Power Mile, AND the 1 mile Express workout to my day. That makes a grand total of 6.58 miles today!!
