This thread is a wake-up call for me! I've been slowing down with my workouts and walking for the last two weeks (already KNOW where that landed me in the past - on the couch for years!)
Last month's miles only totalled 33. Already April 4 and I've only moved a slow 2 miles. But hey, that was yesterday and darnit, at least I got moving!
Okay, my optimism has been kick-started - so, here we go!!!!!
